Description
My second attempt to draw something just with markers. In the past weeks I only used them for the background layers of my mixed media drawings. I really need more practice with these markers (and this was a very short practice, because I drew very fast)... I hate the fact that the paper is so thin, but it's the only paper where the markers don't bleed trough.
At first I wanted to use grey markers, because I only have a few colored Copics, but then I decided to use a colour for each drawing for some highlights (yes, I bought green and red on purpose for something like that!).
Drawing Chris Hemsworth face is still difficult for me, but I'm almost happy with the result. Especially because of the fact that you can't erase marker... It was torture, but I hope it was worth it.
References: a poster / promo picture of Chris Hemsworth as Thor and a screencap of Tom Hiddleston as Loki from the movie "The Avengers" (2012).
Copic Marker Pad DIN A4 70g/m², Copic Ciao marker (see photo), time: ~4,5h/drawing
